Dropshipping Terms and Conditions

Welcome to TWB Clothing’s Dropshipping Service! These terms and conditions govern the relationship between TWB Clothing and businesses or individuals (“Dropshipper” or “you”) who register to use our dropshipping services. By signing up for and using our dropshipping services, you agree to abide by the terms outlined below.

1. Registration and Eligibility

1.1 Registration Requirements:
To become a registered dropshipper with TWB Clothing, you must:

Be at least 18 years old.
Complete the registration process on our website, providing accurate and up-to-date information.
Agree to pay the applicable monthly subscription fee.

1.2 Subscription Fee:

Dropshippers are required to pay a monthly subscription fee as detailed on the Dropshipping Information Page of our website.
Failure to pay the subscription fee will result in the suspension or termination of your account.

1.3 Approval:

TWB Clothing reserves the right to approve or deny any dropshipping application at its discretion.

2. Services Provided

2.1 Product Access:

Registered dropshippers will have access to our catalog of clothing and accessories for retail through their platforms.
Available customization options include DTG (Direct-to-Garment), screen printing, embroidery, and vinyl printing.

2.2 Order Fulfillment:

TWB Clothing will handle the manufacturing, customization, packaging, and shipping of orders to your customers.

2.3 White-Label Service:

All orders shipped through our dropshipping service will be white-labeled, meaning no TWB Clothing branding will appear on the package or product, unless otherwise agreed.

3. Subscription Fee and Payment Terms

3.1 Payment Terms:

The subscription fee must be paid monthly and is non-refundable.
Payments must be made through the payment options available on our website.

3.2 Renewals:

Subscription fees will automatically renew unless canceled at least 7 days before the next billing date.

3.3 Late Payments:

If payment is not received by the due date, access to the dropshipping service will be suspended until payment is made.

4. Responsibilities of the Dropshipper

4.1 Marketing and Sales:

You are responsible for marketing and selling the products to your customers through your chosen platforms.
You must represent TWB Clothing products accurately and avoid making false claims.

4.2 Compliance:

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the sale and distribution of products in your region.

4.3 Customer Support:

While TWB Clothing handles the production and shipping of orders, you are responsible for providing customer support to your customers regarding inquiries, returns, and refunds.

5. Fulfillment Process

5.1 Order Submission:

All orders must be submitted through the TWB Clothing platform using the provided system or integration.

5.2 Processing Time:

Standard orders will be processed within 3-7 business days. Custom or large orders may require additional processing time.

5.3 Shipping:

Orders will be shipped directly to your customers using the shipping method selected at checkout. Shipping times may vary depending on the destination.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1 Returns Policy:

Returns will only be accepted for defective or incorrect items. Personalized or custom-printed items cannot be returned unless defective.

6.2 Refunds:

Refunds will be processed only for defective or incorrect items returned in accordance with our Refund and Returns Policy.

7. Prohibited Activities

As a dropshipper, you agree NOT to:

Misrepresent the products offered by TWB Clothing.
Use TWB Clothing’s branding without explicit permission.
Engage in fraudulent activities or violate intellectual property rights.
Sell or distribute counterfeit or unauthorized products using TWB Clothing’s services.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, product descriptions, and images provided by TWB Clothing remain the property of TWB Clothing.
You may use product images and descriptions provided by TWB Clothing solely for marketing purposes while you remain a registered dropshipper.

9. Termination of Service

9.1 Termination by Dropshipper:

You may cancel your dropshipping subscription at any time. However, no refunds will be issued for the remainder of the billing period.

9.2 Termination by TWB Clothing:

TWB Clothing reserves the right to terminate your account if you fail to comply with these terms, engage in prohibited activities, or fail to pay the subscription fee.

10. Limitation of Liability

TWB Clothing is not liable for any loss, damage, or claims arising from the use of our dropshipping service, including delays, order inaccuracies, or customer dissatisfaction.
You agree to indemnify and hold TWB Clothing harmless against any claims or liabilities arising from your use of our dropshipping services.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

TWB Clothing reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the website, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.

12. Governing Law
